The film begins right after the events of the first part (if someone has not watched and is going to the cinema, it is worth going to the DVD rental shop).

Law enforcement officers come to the home of the sadistic Firefly family, ready to send all members of the degenerate family to the other world. Otis and Baba, soon joined by Captain Spaulding, manage to escape.

The three of them embark on a journey to visit Spaulding's old friend pimp Charlie Altamonta, where they hope to find shelter and help. Their trail is followed by Sheriff John Wydell, who wants to take bloody revenge on his brother's murderers (whoever watched the first part knows what's going on).
