Art. 29. [Right to quote]
It is allowed to quote excerpts from disseminated works as well as disseminated plastic works, photographic works or small works in their entirety in the works constituting a self-contained whole, to the extent justified by the purposes of the quotation, such as explanation, polemics, critical or scientific analysis, teaching or the laws of the genre of creativity.
